Description

This is an original Ketubah.

The under layer is Illustration board, painted with Bombay India Inks in rich blues and purples. The Hebrew and English text is lettered onto a sheet of white pulp mi-tientes paper with a gold ink ring painted around it.

Using a very sharp exacto-knife blade, the mi-tientes paper is cut to expose the brilliant colors beneath it.
